Calgary is an incredible place to call home, not only are we enjoying a fabulous winter but our local economy is enviable.
On January 18th we enjoyed attending the CREB Forecast, at which a panel of 4 economists discussed the local real estate market and events affecting it. It is apparent that, here in Calgary, the real estate market has stabilized and in fact there have been some very modest increases in some (generally inner-city) areas. The economists project modest increases of 2 to 4 % in property values in 2012.
Opportunities await --- what a great time to buy real estate!
